可以以什麼方法支付入場費？
What payment methods are accepted for the admission fee?
我們收取現金、八達通、支付寶、信用卡(Visa/MasterCard)、Payme(只限大欖店)
We accept cash, Octopus card, Alipay, credit cards (Visa/MasterCard), and PayMe (available only at the Tai Lam Chung branch).

港式燒烤會有飲品嗎？
Are drinks available with Hong Kong-style barbecue?
我們港式燒烤的飲品有自由斟任飲，另外亦有枝裝飲品及酒精飲品可供客人購買。
Our Hong Kong-style barbecue menu includes self-serve beverages, as well as a selection of bottled drinks and alcoholic beverages available for purchase.

可以自携飲品進場嗎？
Can I bring my own drinks into the venue?
客人可以自携飲品進場。（啤酒除外，禁止自携啤酒進場。）
Guests are allowed to bring their own beverages into the venue (except for beer; bringing in beer is prohibited).

會收取開瓶費嗎？
Will there be a corkage fee?
我們不會收取開瓶費，客人可以自携少量紅白餐酒(約每4人750ml)。啤酒除外，禁止自携啤酒進場。
We do not charge a corkage fee, and guests are welcome to bring their own alcoholic beverages(Approximately 750ml for every 4 people) Excluding beer, which is not permitted.

會收取切餅費嗎？
Will there be a cakeage fee?
我們不會收取切餅費，客人可以自携蛋糕，如需雪藏蛋糕，請向櫃檯職員提出。
We do not charge a cakeage fee; guests are welcome to bring their own cakes. If you need to store a cake in the fridge, please inform the counter staff.

可以自携海鮮嗎？
Can I bring my own seafood?
客人可以自携已預先處理好的海鮮進場，請預先處理及清洗，場內未有提供洗切設施及工具。
Guests may bring pre-prepared seafood into the venue. Please ensure it is cleaned and processed in advance, as no washing or cutting facilities or tools are provided on-site

寵物可以進場嗎？
Can pets enter?
歡迎携帶寵物進場，同行寵物必須繫上繩或入袋，不可於場內放跑。客人亦須自行清理寵物之大小便。
Pets are welcome at the venue. All accompanying pets must be kept on a leash or carried in a bag, and are not allowed to roam freely. Guests are also responsible for cleaning up after their pets.

場內的食物可以帶走嗎？
Can I take the food inside to go?
客人不可以帶走場內提供之食物及飲品，不論生熟食物，如發現將收取每克$1。
Guests are not permitted to take away any food or beverages provided on-site, whether raw or cooked. A charge of $1 per gram will be applied for any items found taken out.

一個燒烤爐可以容納多少人？
How many people can a barbecue grill accommodate?
我們每一個燒烤爐可以容納 8 - 10 人。
It can accommodate 8 - 10 people per stove.
10）
請問泊車的收費是？
What is the parking fee?
星期二至四入場燒烤可享免費泊車，星期五、六、日及公眾假期需付費，$30一個時段，$50全日
(只限電單車，私家車及輕型貨車)
Free parking is available from Tuesday to Thursday. From Friday to Sunday and public holidays, parking is paid: $30 per time slot or $50 for the whole day. (Restricted to motorcycles, private cars, and light goods vehicles only.)

已網上預訂座位，可以直接入場嗎？
We’ve made a reservation, can we go straight in?
因為我們是入場前付費，所以訂座的客人，都需要排隊付費入場。
Since payment is required before entering the venue, all customers with reservations will need to queue up and pay upon arrival.
12）
請問我可以入場時幫未到的朋友付錢嗎？
May I pay for my friend who hasn't arrived yet when entering?
可以。我們會派相應數目的手帶你，朋友到達後，可到門口帶你朋友入場。如朋友最後沒有到場，已售出的入場手帶將不獲退款。
Yes, you may. We will give you the corresponding number of wristbands. When your friend arrives, you can bring them in through the entrance. If your friend does not show up, the wristbands that have been issued will not be refunded.
13）
如同行有工人姐姐/攝影師/其他工作人員入場不吃燒烤，入場需要收費嗎？
If accompanying staff such as helpers, photographers, or other crew members enter but do not join the barbecue, is there an entrance fee?
需要。所有入場人士都需要付費。
Yes, payment is required for everyone—there’s a fee for all attendees, regardless of whether they’re eating.
